Our Policies and What You Need to Know
Payment and Delivery
- Deposits are required prior to delivery unless other terms have been arranged.
- Final payments shall be cash on delivery or credit card prior to delivery.
- Deliveries may be made 24 hrs prior and picked up, up to 24 hrs after the event depending on our delivery schedule. We will call to give you a 3 hour window of delivery.
- Bounce houses must be placed on a fairly level surface, preferably grass.
- Units can weigh between 300lbs and 600lbs. We must have easy access to set up at the site.
- Any food, gum, sand, silly string, etc. found in a bounce house will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee.
- Please shut off water 30 minutes prior to pick up.
Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 2 weeks in advance will receive a credit for another rental or a full refund.
- Cancellations within 2 weeks of the rental date will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations within 3 days of the event will forfeit the entire amount.
Weather
- The following reasons ARE cause for Martins Party Rentals to cancel delivery — the customer will have a choice of a full credit or refund:
- Winds over 25 mph or temperatures under 40°F.
- Steady rain all day.
- The following are NOT reasons for cancellation by either party — no refund or credit will be issued:
- Chance of showers or occasional rain.
- Function cancellation.
- Once a bouncer is loaded for delivery, all rentals are final and the full amount will be charged.
Electrical Requirements
- For inflatables, the customer is responsible for providing adequate electrical power to within 125ft of the setup location. This is a safety requirement recommended by blower manufacturers. We will supply the extension cord.
